Hi, I’m Katy.

People like Mitch, Melissa and Jessica keep telling me I’m weird, and I keep telling them I am NOT weird … much. Okay, so maybe I’m a bit kooky, but only because I tend to be silly. Just don’t try to diagnose me, or I’ll direct you to poor Professor Jake, who has given up hope in finding a cure.

I like reading mostly young adult books, even though I’m way too old (a lady never reveals her age) to be obsessed about teenage drama.

I love reading dystopian and young adult fantasy for the action and adventure, and I am a sucker for romantic comedies and don’t mind cliche as long as the book is entertaining. And of course, who can escape the paranormal craze, although angels and fairies only interest me if the book strays from the typical storyline.

In my spare time, I like to browse my recent feeds on Goodreads, annoy people with the current song that’s stuck in my head, tease Melissa about her reading speed and the latest book she is trying to get everyone to read, instigate discussions with Deniz or Butterfly, tease and attempt to deflate JPR‘s huge ego, hide from Lexie‘s stalking or she’ll make me read really bad books, edumacate Navdha on essentials she needs to know about our group of friends and warn Rogier and others who happen to wander into our crazy discussions. I also want to acknowledge everyone else in our group of friends since there are too many to name.
